OMNI Institute’s mission is to support the public, nonprofit and philanthropic sectors with integrated evaluation research, capacity building and technology solutions. We provide high-quality, client-centered social science research and evaluation, technical assistance, training services, and technology solutions.
We are currently in search of a Project Manager (PM) to support the expanding work within OMNI’s applied technology division. We seek an experienced individual who is adept at using technology to deliver superior solutions to a wide variety of nonprofit organizations. This is a client-facing, hands-on position. Candidates must feel comfortable managing multiple projects, leading meetings, gathering system requirements, implementing software and proposing solutions both verbally and in writing.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
Strong PM knowledge/experience (project plan creation, budget management, resource allocation, deliverable tracking).
Excellent client management skills.
Proven system configuration ability.
Strong attention to detail and timelines.
Clear written and verbal communication style.
Ability/Interest to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability/Interest to quickly learn new software applications.
Additional preferred qualifications include experience with Efforts to Outcomes (ETOTM) software, performance management and/or evaluation, agency-level systems planning and implementation, experience creating reports using business intelligence software (e.g. SAP business objects), experience with Tableau and/or Logi dashboard platforms and development of data dashboards, and nonprofit or social sciences related work.
